Collecting or seeking information inconsistent with their job or hobbies
Possession of building/installation plans or high-powered weapons
Fraudulent identification documents
Surveillance photographs/notes of high value personnel, symbolic buildings and locations, or sites of large public gatherings
Espionage Indicators
Unexplained affluence
Concealing foreign travel
Short duration foreign travel
Unusual interest in information inconsistent with their job or hobbies
Attempting to gain information without the “need-to-know”
Unusual work hours
Unreported contact with foreign nationals
High stress without immediate cause
Disgruntled without immediate cause
Removal of classified material from workplace
Unauthorized devices in workplace
Unnecessary copying of information
Sabotage Indicators
Breaking vital assets to mission
Desire to be part of the planning process to disrupt mission success
Purposefully going against training and/or SOPs
Subversion Indicators
“Mutiny”
Distributing propaganda
Eliciting ideological beliefs and a lack of alignment with military duties
Finding co-conspirators for support
Building commonalities and sympathies opposing Filipino values and beliefs
